Tai chi eases fibromyalgia symptoms, study finds

The article says “Tai chi (ty-CHEE’) combines meditation with slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and relaxation. It can improve muscle strength, balance, sleep, coordination and, some evidence suggests, fibromyalgia.”

The principles between Aikido and Tai- Chi are very similar could the same be said for Aikido?

Black Belt Magazine Online

For those of you who didn’t know.  Google Books has put up issues from Black Belt Magazine.  From what I can tell they date back to 1962!  They don’t have the latest issues but it looks like it goes all the way up to 2004!

The really cool part?  It’s searchable!
